Johanne Skibsted Holm

Johanne works in the fields of Food Waste, Sustainable Fisheries and Food, Public Procurement and Green Entrepreneurship. In addition, Johanne also has specialist knowledge in the area of personal finance, debt and consumption - particularly among young people. She is also involved in several of our other projects, where she contributes with a qualitative method focus and a look at how we promote sustainable behavior in our work.
On a daily basis, Johanne effortlessly juggles a number of methodological approaches within qualitative data collection – interviews, focus groups and field studies – analysis, tool development, evaluation, co-creation processes and behavioral changes.
