The conference is the final part of our project on public procurement of sustainable fish, which aims to make it easier for procurement lawyers and buyers to define and procure sustainable fish. The project is realised in collaboration with Københavns Kommune, Høje-Taastrup Kommune, Esbjerg Kommune as well as Region Nordjylland - with funding from VILLUM FONDEN # VELUX FONDEN (THE VELUX FOUNDATIONS).
