Sofie Malm Henriksen

Sofie's core competence is to develop, implement and evaluate projects dealing with social sustainability; inclusion, well-being, security, community, equality and diversity. She has a master's degree specializing in minority studies and theory of science. She is experienced in qualitative methods based on intersectional perspectives and involvement of target groups.

Sofie is particularly concerned with creating sustainable changes through initiatives and projects in civil society, and has experience in developing, leading and taking part in youth projects within the themes of inclusion, democracy and nature, nationally and internationally.
