I NORION søger vi en juniorkonsulent med kompetencer inden for miljøøkonomi til at være en del af et spændende og lærerigt arbejdsmiljø på vores team for natur og klima. Du vil komme til at arbejde med projekter og analyser i mange facetter indenfor miljøøkonomi, naturressourcer og bæredygtighed. Eksempler er heriblandt samfundsøkonomiske analyser, miljøøkonomiske beregninger, cost-benefit-analyser og policy-analyser inden for miljø og klima.
Som juniorkonsulent vil dine primære arbejdsopgaver være at lave research til projekter, aktivt være en del af analyser, hjælpe til i tilbudsprocesser og udføre mindre ad hoc-opgaver. Det vigtigste er, at du står på et fundament af solid faglighed, er motiveret til at lære, samt at du er lige så optaget af at levere god kvalitet, som vi er.
I NORION er der mulighed for både at arbejde tværfagligt og for at specialisere sig i dybden. Vi arbejder oftest på tværs af fagligheder og teams, så du vil indgå i spændende samarbejdsrelationer og afprøve din viden og metoder inden for en række forskellige bæredygtighedstemaer. Det kan f.eks. være inden for naturbaserede løsninger, CSRD eller cirkulær økonomi. Vi har en stærk metodisk værktøjskasse, som vi udvikler og tilpasser det specifikke behov hos vores kunder og samarbejdspartnere, og du vil opleve, at vi altid søger at være på forkant med udviklingen og løbende videreudvikler vores metoder, så de er både anvendelige og tidssvarende.
Kvalifikationer
Vi søger en dygtig og ambitiøs medarbejder, der har lyst til at bidrage fagligt og indgå i et positivt fællesskab. Vi ser gerne, at:
- Du har en stærk interesse for miljøøkonomi og er motiveret til at udvikle og afprøve dine kompetencer inden for emnet.
- Du studerer på en fagligt relevant bachelor- eller kandidatgrad, eksempelvis indenfor Ressource- & miljøøkonomi, Naturressourcer eller Miljø- & fødevareøkonomi.
- Du taler og skriver engelsk og dansk, eller et af de andre nordiske sprog.
- Du sætter pris på at komme i dybden med analyser og resultater. Du har samtidig et stort drive og evner at tage dine idéer og metoder fra tanke til resultat.
- Du har lyst til at samarbejde med dine kolleger om at finde de bedste metoder til at løse opgaverne, og samtidig evner du at gribe en bold og arbejde selvstændigt i hverdagen.

Junior Consultant with skills in Environmental Economics
Are you interested in resource- and environmental economics, and do you find policy analysis exciting? Would you like to actively work with sustainability in collaboration with engaged and skilled colleagues?
At NORION, we are looking for a junior consultant with skills in environmental economics to be part of an exciting and educational work environment in our Nature and Climate team. You will be working on projects and analyses in many facets of environmental economics, natural resources, and sustainability. Examples include socio-economic analyses, environmental economic calculations, cost-benefit analyses, and policy analyses within environment and climate.
As a junior consultant, your primary tasks will include conducting research for projects, actively participating in analyses, assisting in the proposal process, and performing minor ad hoc tasks. The most important thing is that you have a strong foundation in academic knowledge, are motivated to learn, and are just as committed to delivering high-quality work as we are.
At NORION, there is an opportunity to work both cross-disciplinary and to specialize in-depth. We often work across different fields and teams, so you will engage in exciting collaborations and test your knowledge and methods in a variety of sustainability themes. This might include nature-based solutions, CSRD, or circular economy. We have a strong methodological toolbox, which we continually develop and adapt to meet the specific needs of our clients and partners, and you will find that we always strive to stay ahead of the curve and continuously update our methods so that they are both practical and current.
Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious employee who is eager to contribute academically and be part of a positive community. Ideally, you:
- Have a strong interest in environmental economics and are motivated to develop and test your competencies in the field.
- Are enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Resource & Environmental Economics, Natural Resources, or Environmental & Food Economics.
- Speak and write English and Danish, or one of the other Nordic languages.
- Appreciate deep diving into analyses and results, while also being driven and capable of turning ideas and methods from thought to result.
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues to find the best methods for solving tasks, and at the same time, can work independently and take initiative in your daily tasks.
