Process

We always tailor our approach to the specific company and context, but here is an example of a well-tested process:

1

Creative idea development

We always begin with an initial dialogue to explore visions, needs, and frameworks together. What are your ambitions, how can we best translate them into a project with clear, measurable outcomes, and which potential partners could be involved in the process and project?

We facilitate workshops and creative sessions that bring together relevant employees and stakeholders to generate and refine project ideas. Here, we use methods such as brainstorming, scenario planning, and co-creation to develop ideas that are both innovative and realistic. We are also happy to take responsibility for initial literature reviews, background analyses, or user involvement to ensure the project addresses the needs it is designed to meet.

2

Clear and concrete planning with the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and Theory of Change

Once an idea has taken shape, we use the Logical Framework Approach (LFA) to structure and specify the project. LFA helps define clear objectives, activities, resources, and indicators of success. By visualising the project’s structure, we ensure that all stakeholders share a common understanding of how the initiative contributes to the desired outcomes.

We also apply the Theory of Change to understand and plan how the project will create the intended impact. This involves identifying the necessary steps from the current situation to the desired result – and testing the assumptions underpinning the project’s design.

3

Support with funding and final application

We compile all relevant elements into an implementation plan that outlines practical tasks, a timeline, and the project budget. We can also assist you in identifying suitable funds or financing opportunities, and we have extensive experience in taking projects from idea to full application. This includes aligning with overarching fund objectives and strategies, ensuring that both formal and informal application requirements are met, and taking the lead on drafting the application itself.
