Evaluation
To ensure that initiatives and projects focused on sustainable change create value for the target group and lead to lasting improvements, evaluation is essential. Through systematic evaluation, we learn more about what works – and what doesn’t – so you can target your efforts even better.
Evaluation is often a requirement from foundations or public authorities, but it also serves an important internal purpose: generating learning and strengthening impact. At Norion, we have solid experience in conducting evaluations – from large international projects with many stakeholders and target groups to smaller, local initiatives in civil society.
We carry out evaluations for the public sector and civil society organisations. The purpose may be to document results, inform an ongoing initiative, or adapt a project before its next phase. Examples include municipal programmes, Nordic cooperation projects, and NGO projects that need to demonstrate impact to funders and authorities.
We use both quantitative and qualitative methods and always tailor the evaluation to your needs. Findings are presented as concrete insights and actionable recommendations that can be put into practice.
