Karl is in the final year of his Master’s degree in Integrated Food Studies at the University of Copenhagen. His studies focus on challenges related to food systems from a sustainability perspective.

With a background in nutrition and professional experience from several parts of the food sector, Karl has gained valuable insights into the industry. This has enabled him to develop strong competencies in approaching sustainable transitions in the food sector from a holistic perspective and across multiple dimensions of sustainability.
